They nest in your gutters and foul your property. We proof every attractive site — humanely and durably — so birds move on and don't come back.
We proof every site, not just the obvious one.

Divisions
We are scaling Bird Force into more provinces. New Bird Force field bookings are not available outside the Western Cape yet. National methodology and guarantees on this site still apply for reading and planning; when you request a quote or call, we confirm what we can dispatch for your address.
Broader pest programmes continue under Pest Force where we already operate — your written quote is always the contract.

Where quoted, we also run ad hoc birdproofing visits: inspect for entry points (roofline features such as chimneys, vents, soffits, and fascias), seal identified openings with stainless steel or galvanized mesh wool and compatible exclusion methods, and document findings with photographs. These visits are time-bounded and cannot promise sealing every potential route on a whole structure in one session—full programmes may pair with construction-led proofing. Full programme notes on the treatment page. For full-structure construction-led proofing, your quote may reference Buildvision (Cape Town) or other partners when applicable. For a public inventory of materials and how programmes are packaged, see bird & rodent structural proofing with Buildvision.
Bird activity is lower in winter but pigeons still roost. Proofing now prevents spring nesting and reduces fouling. We survey the property and install humane exclusion so birds cannot land or nest in problem areas.

Spot these? Don't wait — birds nest fast and return every year.
Behind the scenes, nesting and fouling are often already underway. Here's what we look for:
Understanding the cause is the first step to lasting control—otherwise you're just hosting a sequel. Here's what we see on every job.

Removing a nest without proofing leaves the site open. Birds rebuild. We proof so they can’t re-nest.
Ledges, gutters, and vents offer shelter and nesting. Proofing these sites removes the incentive to stay.
Feeders, spilled food, and water sources attract birds. We advise on reducing attractants where possible.
Missing one entry or ledge leaves a foothold. We survey the whole property and proof consistently.
Birds return in breeding season. Proofing before they nest is best; we also proof existing problem areas.
Spikes, nets, and other deterrents exclude birds without harming them. We use humane, durable methods that last.
Birds are creatures of habit. They remember nesting sites, return year after year, and foul surfaces with corrosive droppings. That’s what makes bird problems so persistent — and why effective bird proofing must exclude them from every attractive site, not just remove a single nest.
Birds return to the same ledge, gutter, or vent year after year. Removing a nest without proofing the site is temporary. We proof so they can’t re-nest.
Droppings damage paintwork, stonework, and metal. They also create slip hazards and carry disease. We exclude birds so fouling stops at the source.
Nests block gutters, damage insulation, and compromise ventilation. Birds exploit any gap or sheltered spot. We survey the whole property and proof consistently.
Pigeons can breed year-round. Once established, populations grow and spread. Early proofing prevents the problem from escalating.
That’s why we treat bird proofing as full-property exclusion — not a nest-by-nest reaction.
We survey, proof every problem site with humane deterrents, and advise on maintenance — so birds don't return.
We identify roosting and nesting sites: gutters, vents, ledges, and any attractive spots.
We choose the right method—spikes, netting, mesh, or other deterrents—for each site.
We install humane, durable proofing so birds can’t land or nest in problem areas.
Where allowed, we remove nests and debris and then proof to prevent return.
We advise on keeping proofing effective and reducing attractants.
We ensure proofing is installed correctly and provide follow-up support if needed.
